staff were very very helpful and we also loved our stay. lots of options, excellent food. the smooth check-in process too. best possible location to a stayed bridge.

Overall, it's nice place for exploring Ha Long attractions. Loved the deluxe quadruple room and the way it was setup. Hotel's manager was top! Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Worth its 2 stars.
